Frequently Asked Questions

How much is Camping?                FREE when offered.

How much is Parking?                  FREE!

Are there extra costs?                    No, not unless stated in the registration section.

Do I have to be in a group or team?     No!

Can I cancel my Pre-registration?  

Yes at any time up to one week from the date that the course starts because the money has been spent to purchase the supplies needed. We can work with you in that case.

Can I drop in on the day of the game? 

YES you can. But the Pre-registration process is so that we can know how many people will be attending, and get the supplies that you will need. If NO ONE Pre-registers the game will be canceled, no supplies will be bought and when you show up, no one will be there.

What is your cancellation policy?

What is the average group size?
Most groups average 6 people, but we go as high as 10. This number is ideal for group familiarity and accommodations where people can be gathered together (ex: private dining at restaurants and motel accommodations).

Who collects money? How do you handle deposits and refunds?  
Events are reserved with a deposit of 50% down directly to NWTA through the booking page, which NWTA will direct you to upon contract agreement.

What happens in bad weather situations?
In case of bad weather, wet weather gear will be provided if requested.

What happens after we submit payment?
NWTA will send a confirmation email confirming purchase. Once event is “closed”  5 days out, NWTA will send out itinerary via email to the team leader verifying reservation and providing meeting point and in certain situations, hotel confirmation  numbers.
